Our Policy
We make it simple.
Support
Galliard Music offers comprehensive support beyond music lessons. Students can reach out to us via email or phone for any inquiries or assistance. For questions or concerns regarding lesson material, students are encouraged to contact their instructor directly. For all other inquiries, please reach out to Galliard Music.
Payment
Galliard Music currently accepts payment by Credit Card only.
We begin with payment for a single trial lesson with one of our teachers. If you wish to continue lessons after the trial, lessons are then auto-billed in packs of 5 lessons (credits). Autobilling occurs only when your account reaches 0 credits. Please note that a lesson will not be conducted unless payment has been received.
All payment-related inquiries should be directed to Galliard Music, not to the instructor.
Cancellations
If a student is unable to attend a lesson, Galliard Music or the instructor should be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in the student being charged in full for the lesson. In cases of severe weather, sudden illness, accidents, or emergencies, students must provide at least 2 hours notice to avoid being charged in full for the lesson.
A Note to Parents
An adult must be present in the home throughout the entire lesson duration. If an adult is not available, the instructor will be unable to conduct the lesson. In such cases, the student will be charged for the lesson, and no makeup lesson will be scheduled.
If a student is dissatisfied with their instructor, Galliard Music will arrange for a different instructor. It's important to note that Galliard Music is not liable for any legal issues arising between the instructor and the student.
