Support

Galliard Music offers support outside of the music lesson via email or phone.  For questions or concerns on lesson material, the student may contact their instructor directly.  For all other questions, the student should contact Galliard Music.

A Note to Parents

An adult must be on the premises during the length of the lesson.  If an adult is not present then the instructor will not be able to teach the lesson.  You will be charged for the lesson and no make-up lesson will be scheduled.


If the student is not satisfied with his or her instructor, Galliard Music will provide the student with a different instructor.  Galliard Music is NOT responsible for any legal issues between the instructor and the student.

Payment

We accept Credit Card, Venmo, and Chase QuickPay. Monthly payments are made on the first Monday of every month. Lessons not used will be carried over into the new month. For example, if the student has paid for 4 lessons in a month, but has missed 1 of them, then the missed lesson will be deducted from the next payment. All questions and concerns regarding payment should be addressed to Galliard Music and not to the instructor.

24-Hour Cancellations

If the student is unable to attend one of his or her lessons, Galliard Music or the instructor should be notified by phone at least 24 hours prior to the lesson.  Students must call Galliard Music if the instructor can not be reached. Students who fail to give 24 hours notice will be charged in full for the lesson.  In the case of severe weather, sudden illness, accident or other emergency, the student will not be charged for the cancellation and a make-up lesson can be scheduled.
