Camilla is currently finishing her second Master’s in composition and performance at The New School
(under Curtis Macomber and Stefan Jackiw) and works as a sessional violinist, having been invited to
perform in China, Singapore, Austria, Italy, Germany, in the UK, Australia and around America. An
American Arts Fund Scholar, she also holds a Professional Studies Diploma from Mannes (4.0), Masters
in Violin Performance from Florida State University, Bachelor of Music (Honours) from the Melbourne
Conservatory and an Associates degree.

A passionate educator, Camilla has taught for the last decade, students of all ages and has tutored
various ensembles of many genres in schools and Universities. She has taught theory, composition,
strings, percussion, piano and created orchestral and chamber programs within schools. She was also
awarded an assistantship to Florida State University where she taught privately and studied pedagogy
under Prof Daniel Panner at Mannes.

A passionate advocate for new music, she uses the violin to create unique sonic environments and
soundscapes through her multidisciplinary collaborations with other experimental artists. Camilla has
toured over 30 Chinese cities with the Australian International Opera Company as Associate
Concertmaster and with the Melbourne Opera Company. Accompanying credits include Itamar Zorman,
Olga Kern, Sergey Khachatryan, Narek Hakhnazaryan, Meow Meow, Circus Oz, Guy Sebastian, Time for
Three, Hi-5, Anthony Callea, Kate Cebrano, Marina Prior, Delta Goodrem, as well as Silvie Paladino’s
studio album “On my Own.” She has performed on National Television for several consecutive years and
has been hired in more than 30 musicals in Australia and America.
